Refunds / Returns (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, return or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving your order at Info@finecompress.com. Upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but we know stuff happens. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at Info@finecompress.com, so we can help you out.
Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.
